具备 3–5年以上奢华酒店、高端餐厅、高端牛排餐厅或高端餐饮行业工作经验。
曾担任餐厅副经理、餐厅主管、侍酒师、高级侍酒师（Head Sommelier）或同等管理职位。
具备扎实、专业的葡萄酒及餐饮酒水知识。
具备优秀的宾客沟通、互动及服务意识，能够为宾客提供个性化的餐饮体验。
具备良好的销售及高端酒水推荐能力，能够有效提升客单价及酒水销售。
具备优秀的团队领导、培训及人员管理能力。
具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，能够与国际宾客进行专业沟通。
中文 / 普通话沟通能力良好，能够为中国宾客提供专业、自然的服务。
熟悉国际奢华酒店及高端餐饮服务标准，具备较强的服务细节意识。
优先考虑
持有 WSET Level 2 / Level 3 或同等葡萄酒专业认证。
持有 CMS（Court of Master Sommeliers）或其他国际侍酒师认证者优先。
具备国际奢华酒店集团、高端牛排餐厅、米其林餐厅或高级精品餐厅工作经验者优先。
对香槟、勃艮第、波尔多、新世界葡萄酒及中国新兴葡萄酒产区拥有深入了解。
熟悉高端烈酒、鸡尾酒及雪茄服务者优先。
具备葡萄酒配餐、酒单管理、葡萄酒培训及高端酒水销售经验者优先。
具有较强的中英文双语沟通及跨文化宾客服务能力。
