Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive awareness, occupancy, and revenue.
  • Align marketing strategies with the hotel's positioning and global brand standards.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

Public Relations & Media Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate press releases, media kits, and news updates to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Oversee the organization of press events, media tours, and familiarization trips.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize digital marketing efforts through analytics and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to drive bookings and promotions.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure all marketing and public relations materials align with InterContinental brand standards.
  • Act as the hotel’s brand ambassador, fostering a consistent and positive brand image.

Campaigns and Promotions:

  • Create and implement innovative campaigns to promote hotel offerings, events, and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with F&B, Spa, and other departments to support their marketing needs.

Budget Management:

  • Prepare and manage the marketing and public relations budget.
  • Track return on investment (ROI) for campaigns and report results to management.

Community Engagement:

  • Represent the hotel in community events and partnerships to enhance local relationships.
  • Drive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in alignment with the hotel’s values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and PR tools.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills in both English and Thai.
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
