You will engage with guests to gather feedback and build relationships, ensuring guest satisfaction and continuous improvement in service standards. Working with department managers, you'll implement initiatives to enhance the guest experience and foster strong relationships with local suppliers. You’ll also promote the hotel’s reputation in the community, encouraging team member involvement. Additionally, you’ll create programs to foster a positive work environment, support team member satisfaction surveys, and train colleagues to deliver exceptional service while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Financially, you’ll drive revenue by sourcing and implementing products and services that enhance the guest experience, while monitoring staffing and outlet expenses to optimize profitability. Aligning the outlet strategy with departmental goals and ensuring compliance with HR standards, environmental initiatives, and relevant employment laws will be essential. You’ll also support audits, apply best practices, and promote sustainability efforts, contributing to both the business’s success and its commitment to responsible practices.
