Your Day to Day:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms daily according to IHG Way of Clean standards.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, dust furniture, and replenish guest supplies.
• Sanitize high-touch areas including door handles, light switches, and remote controls.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as corridors, elevators, and public restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests at all times.
• Support teamwork and attend daily briefings and training sessions.
