Director of Sales & Marketing - Six Senses Con Dao

Reponsibilities:

• Write and implement the marketing plan, contracting, setting sales targets by segment and by client and prospect.
• Establish partnerships to increase sales and collaborate with media platforms.
• Network and socialize with important clients to ensure sustained patronage.
• Assign sales territories and targets to the sales team.
• Prepare reports and presentations to update management with sales progress.
• Identify new marketing opportunities.
• Attend business seminars, conferences and workshops to track industry trends.
• Constantly assess marketing strategies and tactics to remain relevant and effective.
• Maximize value from referral networks and business connections.
• Evaluate the performance of sales and marketing personnel.
• Undertaking advertising, sales, promotions and publicity initiatives, working with the revenue manager for setting rates, and directing the Sales & Marketing Team. 
• Continually focus on revenue generation and profile building for our resort and spa and for Six Senses. 
• Establish and deliver pre-established financial returns related to revenue generation, profitability and ROIC. 

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing
• More than five years’ experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferred. 
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Over five years of experience in senior sales and marketing roles within luxury hotels & resorts.
• Expertise in strategic decision-making, financial management, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a visible, proactive management style
