遵守酒店员工手册及规章制度
组织并积极参加人力资源部及酒店举行的各项工作活动
对酒店员工薪酬的机密信息履行保密义务，其中包括但不限于薪资、员工信息、客人信息及其他需要保密的事宜等
协助办理员工入职、离店手续。
协助为员工制作名牌、工作证，制服单。
负责新员工人事系统信息的准确录入，以及离职员工的删减。
员工档案及时归档及离职员工档案放入离职柜存档，每月有档案复核(HRM)。
负责员工更衣柜管理，发放及登记，每月盘点更衣室的使用及空置数量。
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
精通微软办公软件
具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力
