Role Summary:
Responsible for delivering quality products across the digital experience (Global Sales products). This role coordinates among business stakeholders, software developers, technical engineers, designers, data analysts, and other functional subject matter experts to create a comprehensive and holistic roadmap that addresses both short term and long-term needs. The Product Manager, must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth and change management) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems). The Product Manager will prioritize and activate said roadmap, ultimately managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch to adoption to optimization in an agile methodology, pivoting as needed in response to stakeholder and customer needs. They will also support in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization and support cross-functional product teams.
Your Day to Day:
- Product Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of a product strategy based on business understanding, customer insights, and competitive analysis, resulting in a prioritized roadmap of initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams to design and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs through stakeholder input.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Source data to craft test plans, forecast ROI, and monitor product performance, using insights to refine the product backlog and drive adoption.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product lifecycles by evaluating performance, identifying new needs, and ensuring timely updates to prevent obsolescence.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate product information and updates to stakeholders, foster collaboration among team members, and guide junior team members in strategy and execution.
What We Need From You:
- Experience & Expertise: 3-6 years as a Product Manager in software development, with deep knowledge of the IHG digital landscape and competitors.
- Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written skills for conveying information and presenting concepts to diverse audiences, including senior management and clients.
- Program Management: Proven ability to manage projects from conception to implementation, with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Analytical & Strategic Skills: Proficient in research and analysis for strategic decision-making, with experience in product development methodologies and prototyping.
- Industry Knowledge & Leadership: Familiarity with the hotel industry customer journey, entrepreneurial mindset for market opportunities, and ability to lead cross-organizational initiatives.
- Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)
The salary range for this role is 80,000 - $140,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
