General Manager - Crowne Plaza Penang Straits City

As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations of a prestigious hotel Crowne Plaza Penang with 343 keys, two F&B outlets, large conference and banqueting facilities, and a health club. Your primary focus will be to maximize sales and revenue while ensuring exceptional financial performance. You will take ownership of developing your team, implementing brand standards, and building strong relationships within the local community to enhance awareness of both the hotel and its brand. Your leadership will be key in fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with the hotel’s service philosophy.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of operations, from guest experience to financial performance. You will lead your team to consistently exceed guest satisfaction goals, ensuring seamless service delivery across all hotel departments. You will also drive financial growth by preparing annual budgets, sales plans, and using technology platforms to optimize market share and revenue. Additionally, you will work with hotel owners to maintain or enhance the property’s market position through strategic asset management and capital planning.
