We are looking for an F&B Team Leader to join the team at Staybridge Suites Beirut. The role requires someone who can lead by example, support daily service operations, operate the bar, and assist the team directly during busy periods.
The candidate should be flexible with working hours, hands-on in service, and able to maintain a professional and guest-focused approach. Responsibilities include supporting breakfast and bar operations, guiding team members during shifts, ensuring service standards are followed, and handling guest requests in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar F&B role
TS in Hospitality Management
Ability to operate a bar
Flexible with shifts, weekends, and operational needs
