It’s important that everyone understands the budgets and how the hotel is performing. We can all see if the hotel is busy or not, but not everyone knows what goes on behind the scenes and what everything actually costs to run. You will use your creativity to bring this information to life for everyone in the hotel to understand the true picture and what needs to be achieved.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  • Ensure Accounts Receivable issued all invoices and statements on a timely basis.
  • Monitors the special billing arrangements for groups and conventions as required to ensure that postings are in line with customer requirements.
  • Implement effective inquiry response procedure for guests and management.
  • Respond to and resolve account queries in conjunction with accounts receivable.
  • Appropriately manage all delinquent accounts, liaising with debt collectors where needed.

What We need from you:

  • Expertise in accounts receivable systems, with strong knowledge of Opera.
  • Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with guests/clients/Team.
  • Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with guests and other departments in matters concerning issuance of credit, follow up outstanding accounts and assisting with credit requirements
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Reconciliation of accounts & respond & resolve account queries, Supervises Accounts Receivable Officer.
