As Content Creator, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Duties and Responsibilities 
As Content Creator, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: 
•    Develop creative concepts for content that align with the resort's brand identity and target audience.
•    Produce high-quality visual content for the resort’s marketing channels including website, social media platforms, resort collateral, and more.
•    Capture and edit photos and videos of Kanuhura’s unique experiences including facilities, accommodations, dining, wellness, sustainability, activities and more. 
•    Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
•    Design branded collateral such as flyers, posters, brochures, and digital assets to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
•    Coordinate with external partners, such as other videographers, photographers, and printers, to ensure the successful execution of content projects.
•    Manage the organization and storage of digital assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future use.
•    Assist marketing team in monitoring and analyzing the performance of content across various channels, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
•    Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content, and guest preferences to inform content strategy and optimization.
•    Stay up-to-date with best practices in content creation, social media, graphic design, and digital marketing to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
•    Perform additional tasks given to me by my supervisor/management team.
•    Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. 
•    Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. 

Qualifications
To execute the position of Content Creator, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

•    High school diploma or equivalent in a Hospitality, Marketing, Hotel or Business Management and at least 1 years’ experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
•    Proven experience in video content production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
•    Proficiency in photography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating an eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
•    Proficiency in using graphic design software and experience in creating branded collateral for print and digital platforms.
•    Experience with drone photography and videography for capturing aerial footage of the resort and surroundings.
•    Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content that resonates with our target audience.
•    Understanding of social media platforms and management of branded accounts.
•    English language writing skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives are a plus.
•    Experience as a content creator in the hospitality or luxury travel industry is a plus.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
