Are you passionate about creating a warm and welcoming first impression? We’re looking for a Bell Attendant who will be the face of our hotel, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Greeting guests warmly and assisting with luggage, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Escorting guests to their rooms while providing helpful information about hotel services and amenities.
• Handling guest requests professionally, including arranging transportation and offering concierge-style assistance.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
• Assisting with deliveries and special guest requests promptly.
• Collaborating with the front office and concierge teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

What we need from you:

• Prior experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel is an advantage.
• A friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
• Physical ability to lift and transport luggage.
• Good communication skills and fluency in the local language. Additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
