Assistant Restaurant Manager - Six Senses Bali

Duties and Responsibilities 

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: 
•    Review daily bookings and plan the smooth operation of the restaurant during each shift.
•    Ensure all restaurant areas are clean, well-presented, properly equipped, and ready before opening.
•    Assist in managing daily restaurant operations in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
•    Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service and a personalized dining experience.
•    Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
•    Assist in preparing staff schedules and ensuring appropriate staffing levels for each shift.
•    Brief and guide the team before each shift, including daily priorities, reservations, VIP guests, and special         requirements.
•    Monitor team performance and ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
•    Train, coach, and develop team members to improve service skills and product knowledge.
•    Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth                   operation.
•    Monitor restaurant presentation, mise en place, equipment, and overall cleanliness.
•    Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
•    Assist with inventory control, stock levels, requisitions, and proper handling of restaurant supplies.
•    Support revenue-generating initiatives, promotions, upselling, and cost-control measures.
•    Assist the Restaurant Manager with administrative duties, reports, and operational planning.
•    Ensure all brand standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed.
•    Act as the Restaurant Manager in their absence and ensure continuity of operations.
•    Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and      standards of service and operation. Maintain and exceed my performance benchmarks. 
•    Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. 
 

Qualifications
To execute the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results, including the following:

•    High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2-4 years of restaurant experience in a full-service outlet           or similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
•    Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred. 
•    Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
•    Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required         by a local or state government agency.
•    Excellent guest-service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
•    Experience with an international luxury hotel or resort brand is an advantage.
•    Indonesian Nationality.
