We’re searching for the right Assistant Executive Housekeeper for Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong to support Executive Housekeeper to make sure our standards never slip – managing all aspects of our housekeeping and laundry operations to deliver memorable and unique guest experiences. A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Ensuring our guest accommodation and all areas front and heart of house are maintained in spotless condition at all times.
• Ensuring outside laundry plant and uniform room in order to obtain a smooth operation and high quality performance
• Responsible for the proper training, showing team the standard of services and covering the various tasks
• Training new staff and ensuring that new employees are familiar with house rules and regulations including safety and hygiene 
• Organizing work with proper personnel, making necessary revision in staffing and work schedule 
• Monitoring the activities of the Rooms Control person to ensure the efficient allocation of rooms for cleaning and prompt change of status to the front office   
• Ensuring proper supplies, equipment and uniforms 
• Fulfilling the duties of the Executive Housekeeper in his absence

What we need from you

• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in hotel housekeeping team, with at least 2 years at managerial role
• A higher diploma in hospitality management, or equivalent 
• Strong service mindset, good planning and organising skills
• Excellent leadership, training and coaching skills 
• Multi-tasking abilities and attention to details
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must, speaking and writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word
