·Weekly plan for next week(Every Thurisday, sales call should including 10 accounts/per person)

·Weekly competitor hotel survey and market,industry information share

·Weekly attending MICE Leads calendar review meeting

·Monthly develop 10 new accounts in Delphi per person

·Monthly update meeting chanel and platform (i.e 1000 meeting, Cvent, Huixiaoer, Hotel GG, Ctrip MICE and so on)hotel information.

·Monthly training topic plan and attend training session

·Monthly Weekend sales on duty

·Monthly performance review and action plan

·Quarterly sales trip to Main MICE Market(North Market, East Market, South Market ,Local market ,other city Market and Oversea Market)

·Quarterly MICE account review and production analysis and action plan

·Quarterly Conduct MICE Key account thank you party and key person birthday sales activity

·Quarterly futhur 3 month strategy and action plan update

·Quarterly design MICE Production and promotion for futhur 3 month by market by industry.

·Complete assigned MICE Business Target and Goal,Seasonal promotion and Hotel various promotion goal and also need to help team member to finish the goal

·Coach team member and Set good example in following department SOP and KPI measurement

·Lead Sales Blitz,MICE Champion,Joint sales call with other sister hotel

·Take responsibilty for keeping a good relationship with IHG Regional Sales,sister hotels

·Assist the Assistant Director of sales to distribute and respond all meeting inquires,Such as Meeting Broker,Call in business,Walk in business,Everyone is sales wechat group and other business chanel.

·Provide full supports to the team member in Leads conversion,guest relationship maintain and build up.

·Provides a professional, advisory support service to guest’s inquires in meetings

·Coorpation with hotel operation departments to help guest to have the best meeting experience.

·For VIP SI or big events, Team leader and the sales should farewell the guest and attend the EO meeting together with Event Team
