Provide direction and leadership for the development and delivery of multiple global application development priorities including the deployment on a variety of complex multi-platform software systems. Actively take part in the formulation of the company business system architecture plans, assessing cost and feasibility of system requests and ensuring the plan supports both strategic and near-term needs. Act as a key strategic partner to HR and Finance stakeholders and customers. Accomplish goals and objectives through subordinate managers who organize and direct a technical and professional staff. Drive end-to-end execution of Company and Organizational strategic priorities. 

Your day to day 

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement technology strategies across global functional areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing multiple application development priorities.
  • Project Management: Oversee the development, release, and maintenance of business application systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance) and external partners (vendors, consultants) to establish service levels and integrate activities for successful project execution.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor subordinate managers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation while managing performance and staffing needs.
  • Scope:  Supporting internal applications for both HR and the financial ecosystem.

What we need from you.

  • Education and Experience: bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, with 12+ years of progressive experience in product and technology management and 7-10 years in organizational structure and team management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital strategies, project management, system integration, and proficiency in various computer languages and platforms.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing large operational and capital budgets, with strong decision-making and analytical skills to influence organizational goals.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

The salary range for this role is $223,696 to $330,000. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. 


**This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
