We have an exciting opportunity for you as Thai Speciality- Chef de Partie to join our Thai Specialty Restaurant & enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As a Chef de Partie you are responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Prepare all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to the hotel’s recipes and standards.
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions.
  • Arrange and decorate dishes with taste and refinement.
  • Organize and coordinate the preparations and ensure that the recipes are respected.
  • Organize and control the work of Commis in your section.
  • Participate in work meetings with your colleagues and chefs.
  • Control the stock of your sections and transmit your orders to your superior.
  • Make suggestions for new preparations, dishes or presentations.

The successful candidate will be hands-on leader with the ability to positively coach and motivate the team to success. Ideally, the candidate would have minimum 2 years experiences in a similar role in a 5 star hotel; able to handle multi-national team; Strong in HACCP procedures and application; exposure to outlet opening; exposure to a wide variety of outlets. The position required a high organization skill; highly motivated; focus on training and developing staff member; good administration skill.
