Join us in Germany to lead revenue strategy and performance for IHG’s Leased & Managed hotels, engaging franchise partners to adopt IHG tools and best practices. You'll drive a strong revenue management culture, analyse forecasts, and identify opportunities for growth. This impactful role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and creating actionable plans to enhance hotel performance.

Your day to day

Analyse and review hotel forecasts and budgets to assess performance, risks, and opportunities.
Strengthen regional revenue management culture with on- and off-property solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise processes.
Perform in-depth revenue analysis and create improvement plans.
Prepare priority hotels for regional reviews and set performance expectations.

What we need from you

Experience participating in an industry task force with clear project management experience
Ability to set goals and objectives and performance targets
Partnership driven, able to collaborate and rally multiple stakeholders to deliver to deadlines and activity.
A confident leader, who can understand the vision and translate this into reality and execution.
Able to creatively solve problems to deliver effectively.
Builds strong and credible relationships. Is patient, yet persistent
Has deep understanding of the markets and the context of operating in a diverse region
