The Loyalty Project Manager is tasked with leading and managing high-impact projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and aligning project objectives with organizational goals. The Loyalty Project Manager is essential in driving successful project outcomes while prioritizing quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Your day to day
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, ensuring successful execution from initiation through to delivery.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, communication, and accountability across various departments to meet project objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
- Proactively identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (inclusive of developing clear, detailed, and well-organized business requirements), track project performance, and generate regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and successes.
What we need from you
- Loyalty program management, preferably in travel or hospitality
- Driving Results – Generated positive business results and momentum using innovation, creativity and analytics as the foundation
- Leading Change - Proven track record driving innovation and change in a complex, global organization
- Collaboration - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional, globally-dispersed teams without direct control
- Experience with Rally and Smartsheet
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $125,000 This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
