We are a people powered business. So, we’re looking for a HR Supervisor who recognizes that culture is key , Provide a professional government relations services to all management and staff of the hotel while ensuring the local welfare of all.

 
A little taste of your day-to-day:

 
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
 
      • Obtain residence permits and work permits for all employees and to renew them on a timely basis.
  • Represents the hotel to the concerned government offices during labor disputes and with authorities to handle any related legal issues affecting the hotel. 
  • Prepares and submits periodic reports for the management’s use in accordance with the government requirements.
  • Processes and assist the hotel regarding GOSI of the employees.
  • To obtain exit/reentry visas on a timely basis.
  • Processes and obtains driving license and their renewals as and when needed on a timely basis.
  • To obtain work visas, visit visas for company employees and guests as required from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and extensions of visit visas as required.
  • To obtain foreign visas as and when required.
  • Ensures that all licenses and reporting requirements are obtained and met on a timely basis in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce and other Governmental authorities.
  • Arranges for change of sponsorship formalities for staff who may be hired locally.
  • Ensures applicable laws and regulations are followed in relation to grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintains an up to date record of the government rules and regulations issued by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to keep the management fully informed of any and all changes.

 
What We need from you:
• High school diploma, secondary education or equivalent 
• 1-2 years’ related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
• Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred. 
• Must speak fluent English
