As Guest Experience Agent including Telephones you are responsible to ensure that excellent customer service experience and ensuring guest satisfaction by demonstrating high level of customer service skills and professionalism.

 A Little taste of your day-to-day:

  1. Greet guests and warmly welcome them upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
  2. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments, issuing room keys, and providing necessary information about hotel amenities and policies
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests, confirm reservations for guests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  4. Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and address any issues during their stay
  5. Maintained a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies were readily available for guest use
  6. Up-sell and promote hotel services and amenities to guests, maximizing revenue opportunities
  7. Keep updated records of guest interactions and transactions, utilizing computer systems and software effectively
  8. Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options to provide recommendations and assistance to guests
  9. Wears uniform with pride and honor
  10. Any other duties as assigned by the management

 

 

What We need from your:

● Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills 

● Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent certification 

 ●   Intermediate in MS Office packages and Intermediate  in Opera (PMS) preferred

● Two years total experience as guest service agent in any hotel properties or freshers with BHM degrees 

● Fluent in spoken and written English

● Must speak local language(s)
