IHG Revenue Management for Hire graduate program is designed to leverage talents from fresh graduates and develop future Revenue Management for Hire leaders. This twelve-month program will expose trainees to 3-4 month well-designed knowledge and skills trainings and 9-month step-by-step on-job learnings and experiences to get them ready as a revenue leader knowing how to support and guide subscriber hotels in maximizing hotel room revenue, RevPAR and system delivery by utilizing all revenue management tools and resources available designed for Revenue Management for Hire.

Your day to day

  • Learn and know required knowledge and skills of revenue management as well as sales & other programs through trainings
  • Support subscriber hotels’ Sales & Marketing strategies by gathering effective information, conducting analysis, identifying business risks and opportunities and providing recommendations in terms of pricing, forecasting, channel management and yield management to optimize business mix and maximize RevPAR and Revenue. 
  • Performs weekly/monthly revenue meetings with hotel teams
  • Monitor retail pricing of each channel to make sure rate parity target is achieved. 
  • Support subscriber hotels to ensure compliance with all RMS, GRS and SBRP rules and standard processes. 
  • Conduct full-year room revenue forecast on regular basis and participate in next year budget planning

What we need from you 

  • University graduates with a bachelor’s degree or above
  • A high standard of English proficiency 
  • Strong ability of logical thinking and analytics 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Sound knowledge of job-related information technology (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Results driven. Can work accurately and effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated, possess high energy and motivation for the career 
  • Good team spirit and high learning agility
