Your day to day
The Marketing Director, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the company's growth and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to reach target audiences and achieve a competitive advantage.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline) to generate leads and increase brand
- awareness.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future activities.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of the brand across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative approaches to reach target audiences.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on expenditures, providing regular updates to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience on a managerial role.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
