As a Casual Club Lounge Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional hospitality in a luxurious and welcoming environment. This casual role offers flexibility, with the majority of shifts available during our vibrant peak summer season - perfect for those seeking an exciting opportunity to showcase their skills and passion for service.

- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience.
- Service Excellence: Deliver top-tier service with attention to detail, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the Club Lounge.
- Knowledge Sharing: Be well-versed in all hotel offerings, including Food and Beverage options, to provide informed recommendations and assist guests effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a seamless operation and uphold the highest standards of service.
- Operational Activities: Contribute to the seamless operation and organisation of the Club Lounge, playing a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience every day.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in a Club Lounge or similar setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests. - Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Knowledgeable about Food and Beverage offerings and the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with availability during the peak summer season.
