- Repair issues in faucets, toilets, sinks, water supply, and drainage systems.
- Inspect and operate pumps, heaters, valves, and distribution systems regularly.
- Troubleshoot faults, identify causes, and provide effective solutions.
- Respond to maintenance requests within required service standards.
