Your Day-to-Day:
Prepare and set up breakfast and social event areas, ensuring all food items are presented attractively and efficiently
Serve food and beverages with professionalism, maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service
Execute food preparation, including basic cooking, garnishing, and replenishing buffet stations as needed
● Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper handling, and sanitation procedures at all times
● Engage with guests in a friendly manner, addressing their needs promptly and courteously
 Support catering and banquet functions
 Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, utensils, and service stations throughout shifts to uphold hygiene standards
Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed
Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player 

 
What We Need from You:
The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling 
A good grasp of reading, writing and basic math 
The flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts 
Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol – you’ll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language 
● Capability to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked buffet and kitchen
Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
