Role Purpose
Manage and execute the implementation of global, regional and multi-branded experiential activations that drive awareness of the IHG brand and favorability among members and consumers.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and execute small- to large-scale partnership/sponsorship initiatives and ensure the activations are consistent with established brand standards and meets stakeholder and business objectives.
- Prepare internal management reports such as weekly project plans status report; time reporting against projects (if applicable,) meeting minutes, agendas and project plans.
- Provide internal and external stakeholders with detailed business requirements and all supporting documentation, such as scope documents, business justification and ROI impact in order to ensure requests meet the business objectives.
- Collaborate with the all regions to incorporate global requirements and meet global needs.
- Review detailed designs/briefs produced by internal and external agencies.
- Coordinate with hotels and regional teams whose areas of operation may be impacted. Coordinate development of measurement criteria for any new activations to ensure successful implementation of the experience(s)
Key Skills & Experiences
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience
Experience
- 6-8 years progressive work-related experience in partnership marketing or partnership activation with demonstrated proficiency and understanding in one or more functions related to the position including multiple project management disciplines/processes related to the position.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing small- to large-scale projects from conception through implementation and ability to translate strategic business objectives into successfully implemented activations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing and presenting information to stakeholders, vendors, management and staff
