岗位职责/职位描述

·Ensure working knowledge of all hotel public & floor areas
熟悉酒店所有公共和楼层区域
·Ensure cleaning schedules are completed in a routine and timely manner
确保及时完成日常保洁工作
·Respond to emergencies effectively and efficiently
有效地处理应急事件
·Liaise with Housekeeping Supervisor in relation to chemical usage, problems or rectification suggestions
与客房部领班沟通关于化学清洁用品使用的事宜，汇报发现的问题并提出相应的整改建议
·Contribute to Housekeeping Departmental Meetings
参与客房部部门会议
·Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognise and respond to guests needs
掌握酒店各类特殊活动信息以便发现并满足客人需求
·Maintain Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests
熟悉酒店情况，向客人提供相关信息
·Assist guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their requests
乐于帮助客人，并按照客人的要求陪同其到达酒店内的指定地点
·Complete tasks as directed by Management
完成管理层交办的工作
·Refer major complaints to management
向上级领导汇报客人的重大投诉
·Operate equipment safety and sensibly
安全正确地使用保洁设备
·Maintain stock levels
合理保持保洁用品的存货量
·Recycle where possible
尽可能对资源进行再利用
·Works in line with business requirements
