About the role

 

Your role will be that of an efficient administrator and office manager providing key support to the Executive Chef, Sous Chef and Food & Beverage Department. This varied and dynamic role will see you take ownership of tasks such as:

  • Assist with managing department financials, costs to budget, i.e., monthly food cost percentage, monthly expense replacement budget.
  • Co-ordinate and oversee people management software and ensure correct and efficient rostering and timekeeping of our large Food & Beverage and Culinary teams.
  • Manage all stock receivals, transfers and accruals from the kitchens and restaurant and communicate to the cost controller.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees as required.
  • Attending departmental meetings for minute taking and distribution.

About you

 

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. The successful candidate will have:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel Skills.
  • Previous experience in an administration or accounting position.
  • Be tech savvy and eager to master a variety of systems including Purchase Plus HUB, Opera & Kronos.
  • Sound financial acumen with previous experience in goods received and cost control an advantage.
