As Executive Assistant Manager you’ll provide leadership direction to the hotels by driving development of staff, creating and maintaining memorable guest experiences, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community.
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
● Directing everyday activity to enable your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
● Building relationships with guests and external contacts such as current and potential clients, government officials, travel industry representatives, suppliers and local communities
● Helping your General Manager to develop, implement and monitor financial and operating plans to safeguard guest satisfaction and promote profitability
What We need from you:
● Maintain and promote brand service culture as standard
● Direct all operational activities towards supporting the hotels goals
● Minimum 3 years experience in similar role with luxury hotel background and rooms background
● Luxury hotels pre-opening experience
● Good communication with fluency in English and Mandarin
