InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence. 

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Deliver engaging sessions on product knowledge, customer service, and leadership to empower employees and elevate the guest experience.
  • Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted training to help employees reach their full potential.
  • Evaluate training outcomes to ensure we’re continuously improving and meeting IHG’s high standards.
  • Support new employees through onboarding and coaching, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Maintain training programs that meet safety, legal, and company standards, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all.
  • Keep records and provide regular reports to show the impact of training on employee performance and guest satisfaction.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on training program design and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both staff and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness, especially in terms of guest service outcomes.
