Concierge Coordinator - Six Senses Rome

Duties and Responsibilities 

As Concierge Coordinator, I will assume full responsibility for supporting the efficient operation of the Concierge and Front of House department, working closely with the Head Concierge and the Concierge team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

• Attend daily briefings with the Head Concierge and Concierge team to stay informed about guest arrivals, departures, special requests, reservations and daily operational priorities.
• Coordinate daily Concierge operations and administrative tasks, ensuring an organized and efficient workflow.
• Manage guest requests, reservations and service arrangements, ensuring timely follow-up and personalized attention to every detail.
• Handle email correspondence, telephone calls and internal communications professionally, accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to coordinate guest services and ensure seamless experiences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, guest requests and service arrangements, ensuring all relevant information is communicated to the appropriate team members.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding requests and reservations to ensure timely execution and guest satisfaction.
• Support the Concierge team in delivering consistently high standards of personalized service, anticipating guest needs and creating memorable, Out of the Ordinary experiences.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the Six Senses brand values, service culture and commitment to emotional hospitality.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, ensuring that performance benchmarks are consistently maintained and exceeded.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and take guest feedback and comments into consideration to continuously improve the guest experience.
• Demonstrate a proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented approach, contributing to the smooth running of the department and the overall success of the guest journey.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager and/or Head concierge

Qualifications

To execute the position of Concierge Coordinator, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality, with proven results, including:

• High school diploma or equivalent. A hospitality diploma or degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Previous experience in a Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office or administrative coordination role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations, reservation procedures and luxury guest service standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel management systems and communication tools.
• Fluent in Italian and English. Additional languages are preferred.
• Eligible to work in Italy.
