Sales Manager – Corp/Mice (Bangkok Based)
Your day to day
- You will be responsible for targeting new business opportunities and managing current accounts within the MICE, Corporate and Leisure markets.
- You will set and implement objectives in order to effectively contribute to the company's overall strategy to achieve business goals.
- You will have a proven track record of proactively selling to the MICE segment in Bangkok, Rayong and Thailand meeting and exceeding challenging targets.
- Our ideal candidate will have sales management experience in Thailand hospitality industry with a customer-focus and excellent communication skills.
- They will also demonstrate a strong network within the MICE industry with solid knowledge of Thailand Hotel Market.
- You will be able to take ownership of task and projects and complete from start to finish working independently or part of a team.
What we need from you
- Thai Nationality - Male or Female.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Have 4-6 years’ minimum experience as a hotel Sales Executive.
- Ability to make revenue management decisions to effectively grow market share.
- A proven track record of adhering to budgets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work on different situation.
- Familiar with the hotel and tourism industry.
- Good command of English Language.
- Pleasant personality, service-minded.
