Your day to day
- You will be supporting our Corporate Responsibility team with the development and delivery of a renewable energy strategy to achieve our Journey to Tomorrow goals within a Franchise environment.
- Provide commercial challenge to business stakeholders in a collaborative and influential manner that contributes to the development of executive level business case(s), and drives development of renewable energy programs.
- Execution and management of renewable related energy contracts and programs and other sustainable energy alternatives. Examples include, but are not limited to, On-Site Solar, Community Solar, Power purchase agreements (PPA), Virtual power purchase agreements (VPPA), Green tariffs, renewable energy credits (REC), etc.
- You will be responsible for delivery of the goals and objectives that includes the delivery of programs, contracts in a timely manner, savings objectives, etc.
- You will be the key primary POC for the Renewable Energy category, attending various leadership meetings as needed with key stakeholders and suppliers.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver a robust strategy
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Renewable Energy industry expertise
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; including development of decks for senior leadership
- Ability to negotiate and manage large scale agreements
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $120,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
