Portfolio Revenue Manager (Remote Germany)
This position can be based in a remote location in Germany or you have the option to work hybrid from our Frankfurt, Germany office.
Drive revenue performance for a portfolio of hotels by combining data-driven strategies with expert market insights. As a Portfolio Revenue Manager, you'll collaborate directly with hotel teams to implement effective pricing and inventory strategies, optimising profitability across multiple properties. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead revenue processes, enhance system performance, and support key financial planning initiatives.
Your day to day
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly revenue generation calls with hotels.
- Analyse market trends to recommend and execute pricing and business mix strategies.
- Conduct forecasting for rooms and provide feedback on other revenue streams.
- Oversee yearly budget preparation and contribute to owner and business reviews.
- Perform regular system health checks and optimize revenue management tools.
What we need from you
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Min 3 years’ experience in Revenue Management, ideally in all revenue streams
- Multi-property revenue management experience
- Revenue Management Tools and Systems (CONCERTO, RMS or similar)
- Excellent analytical skills
