Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Double Bay, this iconic Sydney hotel embodies timeless elegance and unparalleled service. With breathtaking views of the bay and a reputation for excellence, InterContinental Sydney Double Bay sets the standard for luxury hospitality.

Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

•    Overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest services from check-in to check-out.
•    Leading the way – managing guest experiences, team performance and hotel operations
•    Being first point of contact for any critical emergency situations
•    Prioritising workload and ensuring your team deliver authentic, memorable experiences
•    Developing your team’s skills to drive results that positively impact on hotel performance
•    Responding to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, resolving issues with professionalism and grace
•    Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation throughout the property.
 

What We need from you:

•    2 years’ front desk/guest service leader experience
•    Excellent communication, problem solving, reasoning and motivational skills
•    Ability to stay for long periods and occasional lifting of heavy items
•    Working knowledge of hotel property management systems like Opera beneficial
•    Willingness to work evenings and weekends 
•    Diploma or equivalent, preferred but not essential
