Director of Product Marketing & Operations
Role Summary:
This strategic role focuses on understanding and marketing the Product and Technology (P&T) offering, partnering with executive leadership to establish and communicate P&T’s value proposition. The role involves creating a clear narrative for P&T’s strategy and progress, which will be reflected in executive content such as Board papers and presentations. Ultimately, the individual will define and amplify the P&T value story to internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with various teams across IHG and P&T.
Your Day to Day:
- Develop and articulate P&T’s value proposition through engaging storytelling that aligns with our strategic vision, ensuring a consistent tone and voice across all communications.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, representing the perspectives of owners, guests, and colleagues throughout the product lifecycle, while maintaining an ongoing narrative that resonates with these groups.
- Collaborate closely with Product leaders and senior leadership teams to understand and communicate overall product strategies, plans, and accomplishments effectively.
- Create impactful presentations, clear messaging, and engaging campaigns that bring strategies and action plans to life, ensuring alignment and visibility across the organization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and papers for senior executives (C-suite, Board) to communicate P&T’s strategy and progress, driving alignment and support for our initiatives.
What We Need From You:
- Leverage strong product management experience to navigate and thrive in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring alignment and collaboration across diverse teams.
- Organize, plan, and execute large-scale initiatives from conception to implementation, effectively managing multiple stakeholder inputs and expectations throughout the process.
- Utilize knowledge of global business dynamics and regional variations to inform product and technology strategies within a diverse organization.
- Translate product and technology initiatives into a cohesive organizational messaging strategy, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels of the company.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to present organizational strategies and updates to a broad, executive-heavy audience, while demonstrating a solid understanding of data privacy laws.
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)
The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $175,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
