- Manage and optimize reservations for multiple properties within the cluster.
- Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Monitor booking trends, market demand, and competitor pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents and corporate clients.
- Train and mentor reservation colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Utilize reservation systems and tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business and promotions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on reservations and revenue performance.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in reservations management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of reservation software and revenue management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
