IHG Army Hotels Fort Leonard Wood is currently hiring for a full-time/overnight Maintenance Utility person. Schedule is Wednesday - Sunday 11:30 pm to 8:00 am In the Maintenance Utility position, you will be performing simple maintenance duties in guest rooms, public areas and grounds of the hotel. You will assist with preventative maintenance, complete work orders for minor repairs such as: replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching, unclogging toilets, replacing faucet washers etc. In addition, you will also maintain and repair kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation and water treatment systems and swimming pool.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S., essential language: English
- Must be able to use various power tools
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, am/pm 11:00pm – 7:30am shifts)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift/carry heavy objects, be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time, frequent bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling
- Must have excellent customer service skills
PACKAGE:
