Brand Consistency & Delivery Excellence Executive, EMEAA
The Role
In this exciting new role you will support the development and management of multi-brand strategies and programmes, tracking performance, identifying opportunities, and executing improvements with cross-functional teams. The role involves managing day-to-day operations of brand programmes, assisting in new brand initiatives, developing launch plans, monitoring budgets, and supporting brand standards processes.
A snapshot of what you will be getting up to:
- Manage day-to-day operations of multi-brand programmes, including reporting, analysis, and resolving queries.
- Support new brand initiatives by researching data, managing project timelines, and leading brand standard updates.
- Develop product launch materials and programme collateral.
- Monitor budgets, handle vendor billing, and report discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with quality and brand standards.
What we need from you
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a corporate brand environment, matrix organisation and/or Hotel Operations.
- Demonstrated clear, concise, and succinct communication skills, including adapting both verbal and written communications to the needs and level of user.
- Demonstrated effective time management and project management experience in organising, planning, and executing projects from conception through implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and track multiple projects at one time with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills, and ability to use the results of analysis to make effective program- related decisions and communicate findings effectively to others.
The ideal candidate would also have:
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- International/global experience rolling out programmes or initiatives in multiple countries or across multiple brands.
