The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience.
As an Activities Manager, the primary function of this role is the creation of a comprehensive program of sports and fitness activities to engage with owners and guests as well as driving the employee wellness directives. Supervise the delivery of a range of fun and interesting activities and functions for guests within the resort including the Kids Club.
You will creatively develop, promote and deliver daily fitness and wellness programs in line with current trends simultaneously promoting the healthy F&B offerings, inclusive of but not limited to – Yoga, Pilates, Boot camp, Dance
What we need from you
- 2 years’ experience in Hospitality Recreations Management
- Exceptional leadership qualities
- Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
- Proven experience and genuine interest in implementing new initiatives or ideas that have supported in the delivery of the Guest Experience or Service Recovery
- Excellent Communication skills - both written and verbal
- Energetic, physically fit, approachable, flexible and creative
