As Sales Executive, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: 

  • Assist customers with all inquiries and do follow up correspondence to ensure booking and Verify VIPs daily arrival to ensure priority room assignment and room amenities delivery. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand group booking requirements, event details, and client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their group bookings, event plans, and special requests at resort.
  • Review and confirm group booking contracts, ensuring all terms are met and any special requirements are noted.
  • Develop and manage detailed arrival plans for group guests, including check-in times, special accommodations, and transportation if needed.
  • Creation of promotional material for the hotel on specific occasions. 
  • Oversee the check-in process for group guests, addressing any immediate needs or issues that arise.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events for group bookings, including meetings, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
  • Be completely familiar with all the resort inventory including special advantages, amenities and special features of each room as well as all guest and public facilities. 
  • Participate in regular meetings with the sales team and other relevant departments to discuss ongoing and upcoming group bookings and events.
  • Be responsible for maximum profits in sales of food, beverage and space.
  • Develop sales promotion ideas in conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing.  
  • Ensure that all resort promotions, advertising, direct mail pieces and collateral are in keeping with Six Senses brand and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation.  
  • Continually focus on revenue generation and profile building for our resort and spa and for Six Senses. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. 
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. 

Qualifications

To execute the position of Sales Executive, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent in a Hospitality, Marketing, Hotel or Business Management and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
  • Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I have social media channel management experience. I have an excellent command of written and spoken English and some knowledge of the local language and customs.
  • Fluent in English.
