Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Director in delivering exceptional results. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and sales to grow within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Director in managing daily sales activities and achieving team goals.

• Coordinate with clients, internal departments, and the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.

• Prepare, review, and distribute sales reports to monitor performance and opportunities.

• Support the implementation of sales plans to drive occupancy, revenue, and food and beverage sales.

• Maintain organized records of client interactions and contracts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or sales support role is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong proficiency in English and additional languages are a plus.

• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
