Your Day-to-Day
As the Marketing Manager, you will shape and execute strategic marketing plans to elevate our restaurants and bars offerings, ensuring alignment with revenue, profit, and brand goals.
You’ll use your digital marketing expertise, strong PR understanding, and passion for the hospitality industry to create dynamic campaigns that highlight our venue’s food and drink experiences. Leveraging your creative skills, you'll develop unique brand activations, seasonal promotions, and curated events that enhance the guest experience and bring our spaces to life on social media.
As a strategic partner, you’ll draw from diverse marketing channels—including Partnerships, PR, Social Media, and Digital—to engage new and loyal patrons alike, driving sustainable revenue growth across our venues. You'll also be responsible for setting and managing the marketing budget for each venue, ensuring that funds are allocated effectively to maximize impact. Working closely with graphic designers and venue operational teams, you'll manage promotions, signage, and social content, approving all guest touchpoints (such as menus and signage) to ensure they reflect our brand.
What We Need from You
In addition to top-notch marketing skills, the ideal candidate will have expertise in media and PR strategies, with a strong connection to the hospitality industry. Your background will demonstrate your skills in e-commerce, project management, and creative concept development. Critical to this role is your ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and inspire teams across our venues.
This role is primarily based in Melbourne but be responsible for multiple venues. It may require some travel to key venues interstate to work directly with our teams and support our growth across ETO’s expanding portfolio.
