Reporting to the General Manager, our Marketing Manager will have the below Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Commercial Performance: Strategically plan and execute marketing activities to enhance the commercial success of our entire hotel operations, based on agreed Key Metrics.
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Create and implement an annual 360 Strategic Marketing Plan for Kimpton Clocktower, integrating digital marketing, PR, collateral, partnerships, and awards.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual Marketing expense budget to ensure alignment with Key Metrics and overall business objectives.
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the General Manager and hotel management team to align marketing strategies with hotel goals and brand standards.
- Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand visibility.
- Performance Reporting: Oversee monthly performance reports, analysing Key Metrics and crafting Action Plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Brand Integrity: Ensure all marketing activities uphold the Kimpton brand promise and resonate with our unique identity.
- Negotiation & Partnerships: Negotiate with third-party partners to secure optimal deals while maintaining quality and achieving desired outcomes.
- Innovation & Efficiency: Recommend and implement systems and tools that enhance team efficiency and align marketing efforts across the portfolio.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of marketing trends to identify the most effective online and offline channels for achieving results.
To succeed as a Marketing Manager, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Marketing Role in hospitality with a proven Marketing executional experience, in a venue/hotel/food and beverage business of a comparable size and complexity
- Previous experience with dealing with company’s Senior Stakeholders.
- Manage and lead relationships with our Digital, Social, eCommerce and PR agencies,
