About Us

Under the general direction of direct superior and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group local policies and procedures, provide support and assist in achieving a high standard of documentation and record keeping across the training function and ensure Learning & Development is moving the business forward. Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values “Winning Ways” of “Do the right thing’, “Show we care”, “Aim Higher”, “Celebrate Difference”, “Work better together” of IHG and the brand ethos.


Your day to day

Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards to include:
Attend shift briefings on time in full uniform and well groomed.​​
Ensure proper replacement of guest amenities (follow the SOP).
Cleans and maintains rooms and assigned areas according to set standards.​
Ensures guest services specified by superior and guest’s request s are promptly met.​
Reports damages of hotel rooms and other premises to their superior.​
Maintains cleanliness and in proper state of repair on equipment at all times. ​
Meets with superior and takes on daily assigned tasks.​
Report and submits lost and found articles to superior and bring it directly to HK Office. (Follow SOP)​
Reports unusual behavior / activities on floor to supervisor.​
Complies with Hotel’s Health, Safety and Hygiene policy.​
To greet guest with a smile and call by name, whenever possible.
To maintain responsibilities for master key in possession.​
To be prepared to implement assigned tasks during emergency.​
To maintain and act on various environmental issues as directed.​
Performs related duties and any other tasks assigned.
To report any accidents, damages and lost of any Hotel property on a timely manner​

What we need from you

Fitness –   you’ll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling​.
Strength – sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects like barrels and crates up to 50lbs (23 kg).
Literate –   you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths.
Flexible –  night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job​.
