Your day to day
- Assist in the preparation of a variety of dishes, including salads, sandwiches, grilled items, and appetizers.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality and taste.
- Maintain proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Operate grills, stovetops, and other cooking equipment as required.
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and served at the correct temperature.
- Monitor food temperatures to meet safety standards.
What we need from you
- Culinary degree
- Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume, luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer Orientation
- Teamwork
