Your day to day

  • Oversee all aspects of the culinary operations, including menu planning, food production, quality control, and cost management.
  • Lead the development and standardization of menus across the hotel, considering regional preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain a balance between creative and profitable menu offerings, while ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all kitchens.
  • Conduct regular menu evaluations and updates to ensure continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and a passion for culinary excellence.

What we need from you

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-end hotel.
  • Expert knowledge of international cuisines, with a focus on contemporary and innovative culinary trends.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities to lead a diverse team of kitchen staff, including training and development.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety practices in accordance with local regulations and hotel policies.
  • Experience in cost control, budget management, and inventory management to achieve profitability targets without compromising on quality.
