Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for revenue and occupancy targets.
Build and maintain client relationships while seeking new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis for trend identification.
Work with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and brand-aligned events.
Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with other hotel departments for cohesive sales initiatives.
Track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Represent the hotel at industry events to boost brand presence.
Provide feedback on pricing and distribution for revenue optimization.
Mentor junior sales team members and ensure compliance with IHG standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of sales and marketing experience in hospitality.
Proven record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of the Gurgaon market is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and analytical tools.
Creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
