Job Summary – (Role Summary)
As a Specialist on the Creative Services team, this role will focus on Masterbrand creative delivery and Digital Asset Management. Work with creative teams to deliver campaign assets that support our efforts to make IHG Hotels & Resorts a household name. Coordinate and/or assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. Ensure effective implementation of initiatives and serve as primary contact with internal stakeholders and external agencies for related projects. Coordinate creative production and delivery of marketing assets. Build and enhance Creative Services digital asset library by uploading and tagging assets and enhancing our content management process and tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)
- Manage, enrich and quality assure marketing assets across brands, host user training sessions, and share industry best practices on content governance and digital asset management. Share relevant Masterbrand resources with teams and stakeholders.
- Work with team members to optimize existing marketing programs, platforms and processes.
- Manage creative delivery for key Masterbrand campaigns and initiatives, including QAing, delivering and implementing approved content
- Assist in the development and implementation of global marketing campaigns, ensuring effective/efficient use of all available channels, including but not limited to e-mail, websites, member communications, app messaging, and hotel collateral.
- Ensure each campaign/initiative has proper controls in place for accurate measurement and analysis; present results and recommendations for next iteration to manager for approval.
- Assist in the management and execution of asset management tools and processes, including procedural and training documentation for marketing team.
- Support manager with other marketing projects as necessary.
Education –
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
Experience –
2 to 5 years progressive work related experience in corporate marketing environment with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position including experience with internal and external communications and creative development.
Technical Skills and Knowledge –
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, management and staff.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communications and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
- Demonstrated experience in media, digital asset management, librarian sciences or archives preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital asset management systems or other tech system such as a digital library, CMS, PIM, or CRM preferred but not required.
Location: Hybrid Atlanta GA 3 days in the office

The salary range for this role is $46,226 to $70,000.00 This is the lowest to highest pay scale we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
**This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
